REPAIR OF MOTOR & GENERATOR MANAGEMENT RELAYS

Dec-2025

1. Initial Condition & Assessment

Upon arrival at our workshop, our technical team conducted a thorough diagnostic on both types of management relays. The primary issues identified included:

  • Power Supply Failure: Burnt PCB traces found within the power supply block.

  • Component Degradation: Several damaged electronic components within the power supply circuitry, preventing the modules from operating correctly.

2. Repair & Restoration Procedure

Thredio follows a standardized, high-precision repair workflow:

  • Visual Component Check: Detailed inspection of the module to identify physical and thermal damage.

  • Precision Replacement: Replacing all faulty components and repairing burnt PCB traces to restore electrical integrity.

  • Circuit Analysis: Conducting deep measurements and analysis of the internal circuitry to ensure optimal flow and stability.

3. The Thredio Quality Guarantee: Tested & Witnessed

As a core part of our service excellence, we ensure that no equipment leaves our facility without verified performance:

  • Secondary Injection Testing: We utilize a secondary injection test set to simulate real-world faults and operational conditions.

  • Functional Simulation: Every unit is tested in a simulated environment to ensure all protection and metering logic is functioning perfectly.

  • Client Witness Test: We provide the opportunity for users and clients to personally witness the final testing process, ensuring 100% transparency and confidence before the units are dispatched to the site.

4. Final Validation Results

During the witness test, both the Motor and Generator Management Relays demonstrated normal and accurate performance across all parameters

The Motor Management Relay and Generator Management Relay units have been certified as fully operational and are ready for site installation. This project highlights Thredio's commitment to providing reliable Power Electrical services through rigorous testing and performance evaluation.
